It all started when I turned 40. I had heard about the hot flashes, the sleepless nights, and how alcohol might start affecting me differently. But no one warned me about the relentless anxiety, the racing thoughts that stole my sleep, the crushing exhaustion, or the overwhelming brain fog that made even simple tasks feel impossible.

I spent years searching for answers—undergoing tests, experimenting with diets and exercise routines, trying pills, creams, and everything in between. I read hundreds of books, listened to hours of podcasts, and learned everything I could about perimenopause, aging, and overall well-being.

By combining this knowledge with what I already understood about health and wellness, I found my way back to myself. I became the mother, wife, and professional I wanted to be—dependable, creative, passionate, and, most importantly, happy again.
